xhopex Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and xhopex ("the Platform", "xhopex", "We", "Us"). xhopex operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players at xhopex.net.

By creating an account on xhopex, clicking the "Register" button, making a deposit, or placing any bet — whether on a casino game, sports event, or any other product offered on the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. This acceptance forms a binding contract between you and xhopex.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or competitions on xhopex. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply for that promotion only.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use xhopex services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. xhopex reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or permanently close accounts where proof is not provided or where it is established that the member is under 18.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on xhopex. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, xhopex reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and confiscate any balances, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and to keep that information updated. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

Identity Verification

xhopex may require you to complete identity verification at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or when our compliance procedures require it. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of the payment method used to deposit. Verification exists to protect you and to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirements. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending.

Your xhopex account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xhopex immediately by contacting support@xhopex.net or via live chat. xhopex will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the member has not taken reasonable steps to secure their account or has voluntarily shared their credentials.

Accounts showing signs of inactivity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. xhopex will contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a genuinely dormant account will be preserved and returned to you upon successful account reactivation and identity verification.

xhopex accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xhopex reserves the right to apply transaction limits and request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits under anti-money-laundering procedures.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits are credited to your xhopex wallet instantly in most cases. Delays of up to 30 minutes can occasionally occur during peak banking hours and are outside xhopex's control once the payment instruction has been confirmed at your end.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. xhopex will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated xhopex account suspended pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at xhopex's discretion to manage liquidity.

Processing Times

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless a different method has been approved by xhopex support following identity verification. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our members.

xhopex does not charge fees for withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

xhopex offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all xhopex bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Standard Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds credited to your xhopex account are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must wager a total of Rs 10,000 before requesting a withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms.
• xhopex reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, including after it has been activated, if there is evidence of abuse or a violation of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Minimum qualifying deposit for any bonus promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Standard minimum is Rs 500.
• Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates toward bonus wagering requirements. For example, baccarat may contribute at 10% of the amount wagered. Full contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.
• xhopex reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings if it determines that a promotion has been claimed or used in bad faith.

By placing a bet or wager on xhopex, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game or market in question. xhopex publishes individual game rules within the game interface and on relevant section pages of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until xhopex has accepted it and provided written confirmation in the form of a bet slip or game round ID. Bets placed on sporting events that have already concluded before the bet was accepted will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.

Errors & Malfunctions

If a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game round or sporting market, xhopex reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to member wallets. This policy protects you and the integrity of the platform. xhopex will not be liable for losses attributed to technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts are displayed within each game and betting market. Maximum bet limits apply and vary by game type, market, and account tier. xhopex reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount for any account where it believes the limits are necessary to protect platform integrity.

xhopex also reserves the right to limit or close any betting market at any time without prior notice. In such cases, all open bets on that market will be settled according to the rules applicable at the time the market is closed.

xhopex is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in any card game, poker format, or tournament in a manner designed to fix outcomes or share information unlawfully.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the xhopex platform, its games, or its software.
• Abusing the xhopex support team verbally, through threatening language, or in any way intended to coerce unfair outcomes.

Where xhopex reasonably suspects that any of the above activities have occurred, it reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation, withhold withdrawal requests, void suspect bets, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of any balance if the investigation confirms a violation.

xhopex takes its responsibility to members' wellbeing seriously. Gaming should always be enjoyable entertainment, not a source of financial stress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xhopex members at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Loss Limits – Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account and request that xhopex not accept re-registration for a defined period.

xhopex collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on xhopex, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. xhopex does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

xhopex uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all areas of the platform that handle personal and financial data. Payment details are processed by certified payment providers and are not stored directly on xhopex servers.

xhopex provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. While we work to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

xhopex is not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network interruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures. In all cases, xhopex's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the balance held in that member's account at the time of the relevant event.

Gambling involves financial risk. Any funds you wager may be lost. xhopex does not guarantee any return on money wagered. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks inherent in online gambling.

xhopex reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email to the address held on file and by posting a prominent notice on the xhopex platform. The revised Terms will take effect 14 days after the notification, or immediately where required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of xhopex after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
